About ThriveAxis
8 questions
ThriveAxis is a telehealth platform operated by NexResearch LLC that connects patients with licensed medical providers for comprehensive health optimization. We offer GLP-1 weight loss therapy, real testosterone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement for women, peptide therapy, personalized nutrition planning, and custom fitness programming — all in one platform. Every service is delivered 100% virtually. No office visits. No waiting rooms. Your provider, your plan, your portal — all in one place.
The biggest difference is breadth and depth. Every competitor is a one-trick pony:
  • Medvi — GLP-1 only. No hormones, no peptides, no fitness. Active billing complaints on Trustpilot as of 2026.
  • Hims — Offers enclomiphene for men, not real TRT. No peptides. Async care model with no required provider visit.
  • Ro — GLP-1 focused. No TRT, no peptides, no full hormone panel.
ThriveAxis is the only platform combining all 6 pillars in one subscription. We also offer tools nobody else has — a built-in dosing calculator, AI body scan, blood work AI interpretation, and a smart accountability calendar. And we require a real video consultation with a licensed provider before any prescription is written. Always.
The #1 complaint about all three competitors is patients feeling abandoned after signup. ThriveAxis is built specifically to solve that.
ThriveAxis is currently available in most US states and expanding rapidly. State availability depends on provider licensing and varies by treatment type. Enter your zip code on the ThriveAxis homepage to instantly check your eligibility. If your state is not yet available, you can join the waitlist and we will notify you the moment we launch in your area.
All ThriveAxis providers are independently licensed medical professionals — MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs — licensed in your state. Every provider is board-certified and credentialed before joining the network. You are matched with a provider based on your health goals, location, and treatment needs. You will always know your provider's name, credentials, and specialty before your visit.
Yes. ThriveAxis operates under full HIPAA compliance. All patient data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption. Provider communications are secured through HIPAA-compliant messaging. Video visits are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. We never sell your health information. Your data is used only for your care.
ThriveAxis is a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent licensed medical providers. The medical services are delivered by real, licensed clinicians. NexResearch LLC is the operating entity — a Wyoming LLC. Prescriptions are written by licensed independent providers and dispensed by state-licensed compounding pharmacies. We are not a replacement for emergency care or primary care — we are a specialist telehealth service for health optimization.
We want to be completely upfront. ThriveAxis does not:
  • Treat acute illnesses or emergencies
  • Replace your primary care physician
  • Guarantee prescriptions — eligibility is determined solely by your provider
  • Offer medications without a required provider consultation
  • Accept traditional health insurance
  • Provide in-person visits or physical examinations
If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many ThriveAxis patients continue seeing their primary care physician while using ThriveAxis for specialized health optimization. We recommend sharing your ThriveAxis treatment plan with your PCP. Our providers can communicate with your existing care team when you authorize it. Good coordinated care always produces better outcomes.
GLP-1 & Weight Loss
10 questions
ThriveAxis offers access to both FDA-approved GLP-1 medications and compounded alternatives, subject to provider determination and regulatory availability. FDA-approved options include Wegovy® (semaglutide) and Zepbound® (tirzepatide) for weight loss, and Ozempic® (semaglutide) and Mounjaro® (tirzepatide) for type 2 diabetes. Your provider determines which medication and formulation is medically appropriate for you after your consultation.
Important 2026 update: The FDA resolved the tirzepatide shortage and ended enforcement discretion for compounding pharmacies. Compounded tirzepatide availability has changed significantly. Your ThriveAxis provider will advise on current options at your consultation.
Clinical trial data shows significant average weight loss. In the STEP trials, semaglutide 2.4mg produced an average of 14.9% body weight reduction over 68 weeks. Tirzepatide produced up to 20.9% average body weight reduction in the SURMOUNT-1 trial at the 15mg dose. Individual results vary significantly based on starting weight, adherence, diet, exercise, and metabolic factors. ThriveAxis pairs GLP-1 therapy with personalized nutrition and fitness plans to maximize your results.
FDA-approved GLP-1 medications for weight loss are indicated for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related health condition (type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol). Your ThriveAxis provider makes the final eligibility determination based on your full medical history. Take our free assessment to see if you are likely to qualify before committing to a membership.
The most common side effects are gastrointestinal and typically occur during dose escalation:
  • Nausea — most common, usually mild and transient, worse in the first 4-8 weeks
  • Vomiting — less common, usually resolves with slower titration
  • Constipation — managed with hydration, fiber, and dose adjustment
  • Diarrhea — less common
  • Fatigue — some patients experience low energy early in treatment
Serious but rare side effects include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, and heart rate changes. GLP-1s are contraindicated in patients with personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2. Your provider reviews all contraindications at your consultation.
GLP-1 injections are subcutaneous — injected just under the skin, not into muscle or a vein. The needles are very short and thin (comparable to insulin needles). Most patients describe them as painless or mildly uncomfortable at most. Common injection sites are the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Your ThriveAxis provider walks you through proper technique at your consultation, and your patient portal includes step-by-step administration guides.
Most patients regain a significant portion of lost weight after stopping GLP-1 therapy. Clinical data shows approximately 60-70% weight regain within a year of discontinuation. This reflects the chronic nature of obesity as a metabolic condition — not a failure of willpower. ThriveAxis addresses this by pairing GLP-1 therapy with nutrition, fitness, and behavioral tools designed to build sustainable habits during the medication phase, so you maintain results after tapering.
Yes — in fact, GLP-1 medications were originally developed for type 2 diabetes management. Ozempic and Mounjaro are FDA-approved specifically for T2D. Patients with type 2 diabetes often see the most dramatic improvements in both blood sugar control and weight. Your ThriveAxis provider will coordinate your GLP-1 therapy with your existing diabetes medications to ensure safety and efficacy.
Recent labs are not required to start but are strongly recommended. Baseline bloodwork helps your provider personalize your starting dose and identify any conditions that affect your protocol. If you have recent labs (within 6 months), upload them in your patient portal. If not, ThriveAxis can help you order at-home lab tests through partner labs. Your provider will specify which panels are needed based on your health history.
Head-to-head clinical data shows tirzepatide produces greater average weight loss — 20.9% vs 14.9% for semaglutide. However, individual response varies significantly. Some patients respond better to semaglutide. Cost, availability, tolerance, and your specific metabolic profile all factor into your provider's recommendation. Given the 2026 FDA changes around compounded tirzepatide, your provider will guide you on the most appropriate and available option for your situation.
Your provider establishes your starting dose and titration schedule at your initial consultation. As your body responds, your dose is adjusted monthly based on your weight loss progress, side effect profile, and tolerance. Your accountability calendar automatically updates with dose change reminders. You can message your provider anytime through the portal if you experience side effects that warrant an early adjustment. No waiting on hold. Real providers, real responses.
TRT & Hormone Therapy
9 questions
Yes — and this is a critical distinction. ThriveAxis offers real testosterone replacement therapy using actual testosterone (injections, creams, troches). Hims does not offer TRT. Hims prescribes enclomiphene, which stimulates your body's own testosterone production but is not testosterone replacement. For patients with clinically low testosterone, real TRT typically produces faster and more significant results. Your ThriveAxis provider determines the right approach based on your bloodwork and clinical picture.
Clinical guidelines generally define low testosterone (hypogonadism) as a total testosterone below 300 ng/dL combined with symptoms of low T. Symptoms include low energy, reduced libido, difficulty building muscle, increased body fat, poor sleep, brain fog, and mood changes. Some providers use a threshold of 350 ng/dL for symptomatic patients. Optimal testosterone levels for men are generally considered 600-900 ng/dL. Your ThriveAxis provider evaluates both your lab values and your symptoms — numbers alone do not tell the full story.
ThriveAxis providers can prescribe multiple testosterone formulations based on patient preference and clinical appropriateness:
  • Testosterone Cypionate or Enanthate — weekly or bi-weekly intramuscular or subcutaneous injections (most common)
  • Testosterone Cream — topical application, good for patients avoiding injections
  • Testosterone Troches/Lozenges — sublingual/buccal delivery
Your provider recommends the formulation that best suits your lifestyle, absorption profile, and goals. All require proper administration instruction, which is included in your portal.
Yes — exogenous testosterone suppresses the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, which reduces LH and FSH production. This leads to reduced sperm production and testicular atrophy over time. If fertility preservation is a concern, your ThriveAxis provider can prescribe adjunct medications like HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) alongside TRT to maintain testicular function. Men who wish to father children in the future should discuss this explicitly at their consultation before starting TRT.
Yes. ThriveAxis offers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for women including estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone (for low libido and energy in women). We also address thyroid optimization and full hormone panel evaluation. BHRT is particularly valuable for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, mood changes, cognitive fog, and libido decline. Your provider evaluates your full hormonal picture before determining your protocol.
Proper TRT monitoring requires regular bloodwork. Standard ThriveAxis protocol includes:
  • Baseline labs before starting
  • Follow-up panel at 6-8 weeks after starting (checking testosterone levels, hematocrit, PSA)
  • Every 3-6 months thereafter once stable
Monitoring hematocrit (red blood cell concentration) is critical on TRT — elevated hematocrit increases clotting risk. Your accountability calendar auto-schedules your lab reminders, and your ThriveAxis provider reviews all results with AI-assisted flagging.
Many patients on other medications can safely use TRT, but it requires careful evaluation. Your provider will review all current medications for interactions. Key considerations include anticoagulants (testosterone can affect INR in patients on blood thinners), insulin (testosterone improves insulin sensitivity, which may require dose adjustment), and corticosteroids. Always disclose all medications, supplements, and herbal products at your consultation. This is why the required provider visit exists — there is no shortcut to a safe protocol.
Effects on different symptoms appear at different timelines. Most patients notice improved energy within 3-6 weeks. Libido improvements are often felt within 3-4 weeks. Mood and mental clarity typically improve within 4-6 weeks. Body composition changes — reduced fat, improved muscle — take longer: 3-6 months of consistent treatment. Full optimization of levels takes 3-4 months of titration. Patience is essential — TRT is not a quick fix, it is a long-term protocol.
Stopping TRT abruptly causes your natural testosterone production to remain suppressed for weeks to months while the exogenous testosterone clears. During this period, total testosterone is very low — lower than before you started — which can cause significant symptoms. A proper TRT discontinuation protocol is essential: your provider will guide you through tapering and may prescribe HCG or Clomiphene/Enclomiphene to help restart natural production. Never stop TRT without guidance from your provider.
Peptide Therapy
6 questions
ThriveAxis offers a comprehensive peptide formulary determined by your licensed provider after medical evaluation. Specific peptide medications are only disclosed and prescribed within your secure patient portal following your required consultation. We cover growth hormone peptides, recovery peptides, cognitive peptides, hormonal peptides, and longevity protocols. Visit our Peptide Guide for a full educational overview of every peptide we may prescribe.
Some are FDA-approved (semaglutide as Wegovy/Ozempic, tirzepatide as Zepbound/Mounjaro, tesamorelin as Egrifta, bremelanotide as Vyleesi). Others like BPC-157, Sermorelin, CJC-1295, and Ipamorelin are dispensed as compounded medications by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved for the stated indications. Your provider clearly discloses the regulatory status of every medication in your protocol before any prescription is written.
Compounded medications have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. This is disclosed to every ThriveAxis patient before treatment begins.
The ThriveAxis dosing calculator is a proprietary tool inside your patient portal. It does three things no competitor offers:
  • mg to IU conversion — converts your prescribed milligram dose to International Units for accurate syringe measurement
  • Bacteriostatic water mixing guide — calculates exactly how much bac water to add to your peptide vial to achieve your target concentration
  • Syringe draw guide — shows you exactly where the line is on your specific syringe size
Peptide dosing errors are the #1 cause of sub-optimal results and side effects. This tool eliminates that completely. No Reddit guesswork. Your exact dose, clearly calculated.
It depends on the peptide. Many peptides are only effective via injection because the digestive system breaks down the amino acid chains before they can be absorbed systemically. However, some are available in other forms: BPC-157 can be taken orally for gut-specific applications, Selank and Semax are administered as intranasal drops, Oxytocin is available as a nasal spray or sublingual troche, and some newer formulations use transdermal delivery. Your provider will recommend the most effective route for your specific peptides and goals.
Yes — and many of the most effective protocols combine peptides strategically. Common combinations include CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin (the most popular growth hormone stack), BPC-157 with TB-500 (the healing stack), and Sermorelin with Ipamorelin. Your ThriveAxis provider builds your stack based on your goals and ensures there are no interactions or contraindications with your other medications.
Cycle length varies by peptide and indication. Recovery peptides like BPC-157 are often used for 4-12 week targeted cycles. Growth hormone peptides like Sermorelin and CJC/Ipamorelin are typically used for 3-6 month cycles with breaks. Longevity peptides like Epithalon are run in short 10-20 day protocols 1-2 times per year. GLP-1 medications are generally ongoing — obesity is a chronic condition, not a short-term one. Your provider establishes cycle protocols and monitors your response throughout.
Pricing & Insurance
7 questions
ThriveAxis membership has three tiers, billed annually:
  • Foundation — $119/month ($149/month billed monthly): Provider consultation, single treatment category, accountability calendar, dosing calculator, patient portal
  • Optimizer — $199/month ($249/month billed monthly): Up to 3 treatment categories, blood work AI, body scan, priority messaging, everything in Foundation
  • Total Optimization — $319/month ($399/month billed monthly): All 6 pillars, quarterly labs included, dedicated care coordinator, monthly provider review call, priority everything
Medications are billed separately based on your provider-determined protocol. We are transparent about this upfront — unlike competitors who bury medication costs in fine print.
No contracts. Cancel anytime. No surprise price increases after month one.
ThriveAxis membership fees are not covered by traditional health insurance. However, HSA and FSA accounts can be used for both membership fees and medications — prescription medications and medical services from licensed providers are generally HSA/FSA eligible expenses. Confirm with your specific plan administrator. We provide itemized receipts for all charges to support reimbursement submissions.
Medication costs vary by your specific protocol. General ranges:
  • GLP-1 (semaglutide) — $150-350/month depending on dose and formulation
  • GLP-1 (tirzepatide) — Varies significantly based on 2026 availability; your provider advises
  • TRT (testosterone cypionate) — $40-120/month
  • Peptide protocols (e.g., CJC/Ipamorelin) — $150-400/month
  • BHRT — $80-200/month depending on protocol
Your provider gives you a complete cost breakdown before you commit to your protocol. No surprises.
Yes. The required provider consultation is included in every ThriveAxis membership tier — Foundation through Total Optimization. There are no separate consultation fees. Ongoing provider messaging is also included. Total Optimization includes a scheduled monthly provider review call in addition to on-demand messaging.
ThriveAxis accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), HSA cards, and FSA cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles all sensitive payment data with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
No. This is one of our core commitments. Medvi advertises $179/month intro pricing and charges $299-499 after month one. Hims requires a $149/month membership on top of medication costs. ThriveAxis membership pricing is consistent — the price you see on our pricing page is the price you pay every month. Medication costs may change if your dose is titrated up, but you are always notified in advance and must approve any changes.
What you see is what you pay. No bait and switch. No surprise renewals.
ThriveAxis offers a satisfaction guarantee on membership fees. If you follow your provider-prescribed protocol for 90 days and are unsatisfied with your experience — not your results, but your care experience — contact support and we will work with you on a resolution including potential membership refund. Medication costs are non-refundable once dispensed as they are pharmaceutical products. Full terms are detailed in your membership agreement.
How It Works
6 questions
  • Step 1 — Complete your free 9-step health assessment (takes about 90 seconds)
  • Step 2 — Select your membership plan and complete enrollment
  • Step 3 — Access your patient portal and upload any existing bloodwork
  • Step 4 — Meet with your matched licensed provider via video consultation (within 24-48 hours)
  • Step 5 — Provider determines your protocol and writes prescriptions if appropriate
  • Step 6 — Pharmacy processes and ships your medications (3-5 business days)
  • Step 7 — Medications arrive. Your portal activates your accountability calendar and dosing tools.
Total time from signup to first medication: typically 7-10 days.
Your initial consultation is a 20-30 minute video call with your matched provider. They review your health history, symptoms, goals, and any lab results you've uploaded. They ask follow-up questions not covered in your intake. They explain your treatment options, discuss risks and benefits honestly, and determine if you are a candidate for specific therapies. If they prescribe medications, they walk you through administration. You can ask any question you want — this is your provider, not a chatbot.
No exceptions. The required consultation is non-negotiable and is required by both ThriveAxis policy and medical ethics. No prescription is written at ThriveAxis without a proper medical evaluation. Any telehealth platform that dispenses prescription medications without a provider visit is operating outside appropriate medical standards — and that is a meaningful safety risk to you. This is not a bureaucratic hurdle. It is the foundation of safe, legal, ethical medical care.
Providers make independent clinical decisions based on your medical profile. If your provider determines a specific treatment is not appropriate for you, they will explain why and discuss alternatives. ThriveAxis membership is refundable if you are not approved for any treatment — contact support within 7 days of your consultation if no prescription was written. We are not in the business of selling medications to people who should not have them.
Your patient portal includes HIPAA-compliant secure messaging directly to your care team. Send questions, report side effects, upload photos or lab results, or request protocol adjustments at any time. ThriveAxis holds providers to real response time standards — you are not sending messages into a void. Responses typically come within 4-8 hours during business hours. Urgent concerns are flagged for priority handling.
The ThriveAxis body scan uses your phone camera to capture standardized photos in your patient portal. Our AI analyzes body composition metrics — estimating body fat percentage, muscle distribution, and body shape changes over time. It tracks your visual progress between weigh-ins and provides objective data your provider can use alongside your lab results and weight data to assess protocol effectiveness. It is not a medical imaging device — it is an AI-powered progress tracking tool that provides visual data no other telehealth platform offers.
Medications & Shipping
5 questions
All ThriveAxis medications are dispensed by state-licensed, US-based compounding pharmacies or licensed retail pharmacies for FDA-approved brand medications. We do not source medications internationally. All compounding pharmacies in our network are licensed in the states where they dispense and comply with applicable compounding regulations.
Medications are shipped in discreet packaging with no ThriveAxis branding on the outside. Temperature-sensitive medications (most injectables) are shipped with appropriate cold chain packaging — gel packs or insulated containers — via expedited shipping. Upon arrival, refrigerated medications should be stored at 35-46°F (2-8°C). Room temperature medications like oral capsules and topical preparations ship in standard packaging. Your shipment includes storage instructions for every medication.
Once your provider approves your protocol and the pharmacy processes your prescription, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via FedEx or UPS. You receive a tracking number directly. Total time from provider approval to medications in hand is typically 5-7 days. Your accountability calendar is pre-loaded with your first dose date so you know exactly when to start.
Yes — medications are set to auto-refill by default so you never run out mid-protocol. You receive a refill notification 7 days before your estimated supply runs out, giving you time to pause, cancel, or adjust if your protocol is changing. Your provider reviews your progress at each refill cycle and may adjust your dose. You are never charged for a refill without advance notification.
Contact ThriveAxis support immediately. Photograph the damaged or incorrect shipment. We coordinate with the pharmacy for a replacement at no charge to you. Temperature excursion issues (if the cold chain was broken during shipping) are handled the same way — do not use medications that appear compromised. Your safety is non-negotiable.
Your Providers
4 questions
ThriveAxis matches you with a licensed provider based on your state, health goals, and treatment needs. If after your first consultation you feel you would be better served by a different provider, contact support and we will facilitate a provider change. We want you to have a provider relationship that works — not just the first available clinician.
ThriveAxis holds providers to real response time standards — not a suggestion, an enforced performance metric. Messages sent during business hours are responded to within 4-8 hours. This is monitored and providers who do not meet the standard are addressed. The top complaint across Hims, Medvi, and Ro is patients feeling abandoned after signup. We built our provider standards specifically to prevent that.
ThriveAxis providers are independent licensed medical professionals who practice through the ThriveAxis platform. They are not employees of NexResearch LLC. This is a standard telehealth model that allows providers to maintain full clinical independence and make prescribing decisions based solely on their medical judgment — not business quotas or platform incentives. All providers carry their own malpractice insurance.
If your provider leaves the platform, ThriveAxis immediately notifies you and facilitates a transition to a new provider. Your full medical history, protocol, and records transfer seamlessly — no starting from scratch. Medication continuity is maintained throughout the transition. Provider stability is something we take seriously and monitor actively.
Patient Portal & Tools
4 questions
The ThriveAxis patient portal includes everything you need to manage your health in one place:
  • Dashboard — progress overview, upcoming reminders, provider notes
  • Smart Accountability Calendar — dose reminders, weigh-in alerts, lab due dates, provider visits
  • Dosing Calculator — mg to IU conversion, bac water mixing, syringe guide
  • Lab Results — uploaded results with AI interpretation and provider review notes
  • Body Scan — camera-based body composition tracking
  • Secure Messaging — HIPAA-compliant direct communication with your care team
  • Prescriptions & Refills — view, manage, and track all your medications
  • Nutrition Plan — AI-generated meal plans specific to your protocol and preferences
  • Fitness Program — custom workout programming synced to your treatment plan
Your accountability calendar is pre-loaded by your provider at the start of your protocol. It automatically schedules dose days, weigh-in reminders, vitamin and supplement schedules, quarterly lab panels, and provider check-in appointments. You receive push notifications, email reminders, and in-app alerts based on your preferences. When you log a weigh-in, the data flows directly to your progress dashboard and is visible to your provider. No competitor has this system — most patients are left entirely on their own after signup.
Yes. The ThriveAxis patient portal is fully responsive and works on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. A dedicated mobile app is in development. The body scan feature specifically uses your phone camera, so mobile access is essential for that tool. You can manage your entire care experience from your phone.
Upload your lab results PDF or enter values manually in your portal. Our AI parses every value, compares it to reference ranges and optimal ranges (which are often different), flags anything out of range, and generates a plain-English explanation of what each result means for your health and your current protocol. Your provider then reviews the AI analysis and adds their clinical interpretation. You never receive lab results with zero context again.
Safety & Compliance
4 questions
Telehealth prescription services are legal and regulated in the United States. The Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act and applicable state telehealth laws govern how prescriptions can be issued via telehealth. ThriveAxis operates in full compliance with these regulations — the required video consultation is the legal and clinical standard that makes telehealth prescriptions legitimate. What is not safe is obtaining prescription medications without a proper medical evaluation, which ThriveAxis categorically does not allow.
Compounded medications carry risks that FDA-approved drugs do not. They have not been through the FDA approval process evaluating safety, efficacy, and quality. Risks include: variability in potency if the pharmacy does not follow strict quality protocols, sterility concerns for injectable medications, and lack of long-term safety data for some compounds. ThriveAxis mitigates these risks by using only licensed, reputable compounding pharmacies with documented quality standards. We require Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all compounded medications. The risks and alternatives are always disclosed to patients before any compounded medication is prescribed.
For any medical emergency — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not message your ThriveAxis provider for emergencies. After the emergency is stabilized, contact ThriveAxis support so your provider is informed and your protocol can be appropriately adjusted. For non-emergency concerning symptoms, message your provider through the portal and they will respond promptly with guidance. Never stop a medication abruptly without provider guidance unless it is causing an acute serious reaction.
ThriveAxis is not an emergency service. Call 911 for emergencies. Call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 for medication concerns.
ThriveAxis operates in compliance with applicable federal and state telehealth regulations. This includes: requiring a live video consultation before prescribing (Ryan Haight Act compliance), only prescribing through providers licensed in the patient's state, maintaining HIPAA-compliant systems for all patient data and communications, and using state-licensed pharmacies for all dispensing. State licensing requirements vary — this is why ThriveAxis is not yet available in all 50 states. We expand only when we have appropriately licensed providers in each state.
Cancellation & Refunds
4 questions
Cancellation is simple and transparent — designed specifically to be the opposite of Hims and Medvi. Log into your patient portal, go to Subscription settings, and click Cancel Membership. That is it. Two clicks. No phone calls required. No retention team. No obstacles. Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period. You receive a cancellation confirmation email immediately.
Yes. If you need to pause for financial reasons, travel, or a temporary life change, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months from your portal settings. Medications stop shipping during a pause. Your patient history, protocol, and provider relationship are preserved. Reactivation takes one click. We would rather pause your membership than lose you as a patient.
Membership fees are refundable under specific conditions: if no prescription was written at your consultation (full refund within 7 days), or if you cancel within 48 hours of your first payment before your consultation. After your consultation and prescription, membership fees are non-refundable as services have been rendered. Medication costs are non-refundable once dispensed. If your provider does not approve any treatment at your consultation, you receive a full membership refund. Full refund terms are in your membership agreement.
Any medications already shipped are yours to keep — they have been dispensed and paid for. Future medication refills stop automatically when you cancel. If you are mid-protocol, your provider may reach out to discuss a proper tapering plan — particularly for GLP-1 medications and TRT, where abrupt discontinuation has clinical implications. You can request a final summary of your protocol and records for continuity with any future provider.
